CONSEQUENCES was created to bridge the gap between global change research scientists and the public who share practical concerns related to the national and international consequences of environmental changes. It was published quarterly, between 1995-99, and distributed free of charge through funding provided by NOAA, NASA, and NSF. The late John A. “Jack” Eddy, a renowned solar astronomer was the editor and Barbara Eddy, the managing editor.
